Payment Methods

Nirtovkq™ accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available payment options may vary depending on your delivery location, billing currency, and the payment service provider.

Please complete all payments through the checkout process on nirtovkq.com. We will never ask you to provide your bank card password, security code, or SMS verification code by email or through customer service.

Pricing & Order Total

Before completing your payment, please review your selected products, quantities, shipping address, billing currency, and total order amount.

Product prices, shipping charges, and any taxes collected at checkout will be displayed before payment is submitted. The availability and application of promotions are subject to the applicable offer terms and the final amount shown at checkout.

If your account currency differs from the checkout currency, your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees. Exchange rates and related fees are determined by the relevant financial institution or payment provider.

Payment Verification

Payments are processed by the applicable payment service provider during checkout. Your bank or payment provider may require additional verification to confirm that the transaction is authorized.

If your payment is unsuccessful, please check your billing information, card expiration date, available balance or credit limit, and any verification prompts. To help avoid duplicate charges, we recommend confirming the transaction status before attempting payment again.

Payment or Charge Issues

If you have been charged but have not received an order confirmation, or if you believe you may have been charged more than once, please contact us at service@nirtovkq.com and provide the email address used for your order, the transaction date, the amount charged, and your order number, if available.

Please do not send your full card number, password, or verification code. If you need to provide a screenshot, make sure any unrelated sensitive information is concealed.

In some cases, an incomplete payment may appear as a pending authorization. The time required for such an authorization to be released is determined by your bank or payment provider.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and will not be automatically converted into store credit.

Once a refund has been approved, we will initiate it within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may then require an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Actual processing times may vary. Where applicable law requires a shorter processing period, we will comply with that requirement.
