Product Information

Our products include home décor items such as decorative figurines, vases, candle holders, bookends, jewelry trays, and storage boxes.

Before purchasing, please review the product materials, dimensions, style, package contents, and any applicable use or care instructions. Flowers, jewelry, books, candles, and other styling accessories shown in product photographs are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

Lighting conditions during photography and differences in screen settings may affect how colors appear. However, this does not exclude our responsibility where a product materially differs from its description.

Orders and Payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and review your order details carefully before completing payment.

Available payment methods, checkout currency, and the total order amount will be shown before payment is submitted. After placing an order, please retain your order confirmation for future reference.

Orders will be confirmed and dispatched within 2 business days after the order is placed. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund the applicable amount. We will not substitute products without your consent.

Pricing or Product Information Errors

If we identify an obvious pricing error or material product-information error that affects your order, we will explain the correction and give you the option to accept the revised information.

We will not charge any additional amount without your consent. If we are unable to fulfill the order on the terms agreed with you, the affected order will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

After dispatch, orders are generally expected to arrive within 3–15 business days. Order processing time before dispatch is calculated separately.

For information about shipping destinations, delivery charges, international fees, delays, lost packages, and damaged shipments, please refer to our Shipping Policy. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, we will assist with the investigation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please submit any request to modify or cancel an order as soon as possible by emailing service@nirtovkq.com.

Orders that have not yet been dispatched and can still be stopped from processing may be cancelled without a cancellation fee. Once a cancellation has been confirmed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders that have already been dispatched may no longer be cancelled directly and may need to be handled through the applicable returns process. These arrangements do not limit any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply to you.

Returns and Refunds

The standard period for requesting a return is within 20 calendar days after dispatch. If that period would provide you with fewer than 14 calendar days after receiving the goods to submit a return request, the period will instead extend until 14 calendar days after delivery, whichever date is later.

Product Use and Safety

Home décor products are not toys. Keep small or breakable items out of the reach of children and use installation and placement methods appropriate for the product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, decorative products should not be assumed to be suitable for food contact, microwave use, dishwasher use, or outdoor use. Decorative vases should not be assumed to be watertight unless specifically described as such.

House-shaped candle holders are intended for flameless LED tea lights only. For other candle holders and incense holders, use only the specified type of candle or incense, keep them away from flammable materials, and never leave a burning candle or incense unattended.

Product-use instructions do not exclude or limit any responsibility we may have under applicable law for product defects, safety, or the accuracy of product descriptions.

Consumer Rights and Disputes

If you experience a problem with an order or product, please contact us first so we can review and address the matter promptly. Doing so does not limit your right to seek assistance from a payment provider, consumer protection authority, or other competent body.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

Updates to these Terms and Conditions apply to transactions made after the updated terms take effect.

Unless required by law or separately agreed with you, updates will not retroactively reduce rights that already apply to an existing order.
