Nirtovkq™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Jianmang Youjia Technology Co., Ltd., which is responsible for sales and related customer service at nirtovkq.com.

These terms apply to purchases. Website browsing and content use are covered by our Terms of Use.

Product information

We offer decorative figurines, vases, candle holders, bookends, jewelry dishes and keepsake boxes. Review materials, dimensions, options, package contents and care instructions before ordering. Styling props are excluded unless expressly included. Lighting and screens may affect colors but do not excuse a material mismatch with the description.

Ordering and payment

Supply accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Payment methods, currency and totals are shown before payment. Retain your confirmation. Orders are confirmed and dispatched within 2 business days. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund the affected payment. We do not substitute products without your agreement.

Pricing or information errors

We will explain material corrections and let you decide whether to proceed. No additional amount is charged without consent. If the agreed order cannot be fulfilled, it will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery

Estimated transit is 3–15 business days after dispatch, excluding processing. Destinations, charges, cross-border fees and delivery problems are addressed in our Shipping Policy. We will assist with delays, loss and damage.

Changes and cancellation

Email service@nirtovkq.com promptly. Unshipped orders that can still be stopped can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. Confirmed cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Dispatched orders may require a return. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Returns

The standard application period is 20 calendar days after dispatch, extended to 14 calendar days after delivery if that is later. See our Return & Refund Policy for conditions, costs and processing. More favorable mandatory consumer rights take priority.

Safe use

Decorative items are not toys. Keep small and fragile objects away from children. Do not assume food-contact, microwave, dishwasher, outdoor or watertight suitability unless stated. The Little House Tealight Holder is for a flameless LED tealight only. Use other candle and incense holders as instructed and never leave burning items unattended. These instructions do not exclude our legal responsibilities for defects, safety or accurate descriptions.

Consumer rights and disputes

Contact us so we can help resolve problems. This does not prevent you from contacting payment providers, consumer authorities or competent dispute-resolution bodies. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.

Updates

Changes apply to subsequent transactions and do not retrospectively reduce existing order rights unless required by law or separately agreed.
